Can Wet Dog products be returned?

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your Wet Dog purchase, we'll return it for the full purchase price. Note: we do not refund shipping and handling fees.

When do items need to be returned?

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

How do I return items?

Here are the steps to return your item(s) for a refund:

  • 1. Tighten and Tape the top of each bottle so it will not open from pressure during shipping.

  • 2. Package your items securely so there is no damage or lost items while in transit.

  • 3. Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email, packing slip or order details with your return.

    If you do not have your shipping confirmation, packing slip or order details, then simply include a note with your name, address, and order number.

    Refunds may be delayed if the return cannot be identified.

    Shipping for returns

    Return shipping is at your expense unless Wet Dog has committed an error with the order. It is suggested to use a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s) as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages. Retain your tracking information and shipping receipt until your refund is issued. Ground or an equivalent level of shipping is sufficient.

    Credit for returns

    Refunds will be issued once your item(s) have been received and will be credited to the same form of payment that was originally used for the purchase.

    Credits for returns/exchanges can take up to 7-10 business days. After we apply the credit to your card, the card-issuing bank can take several weeks to apply this credit to your account. This policy will be specific to your card-issuing bank. Credits for purchases using PayPal as your payment method are usually available immediately in your PayPal account.
